Zepter Soft - Support

Zepter IT fully supports all processes related to implementation, usage and development of Zepter Soft. Services are provided from Monday till Friday, excluding public holidays:
- Monday – Thursday: 8.30 CET - 17.00 CET
- Friday: 9.00 CET - 15.00 CET
Customer that has signed service agreement is allowed to use dedicated support page (www.support.zepterit.com) to make service orders or extension requirements or use phone or e-mail (http://www.zepterit.com/Contact.aspx) to report an issue.
Zepter IT warranties a response time on the next working day after the issue receipt.


Zepter IT prepares manuals which guide users how to come through the most important and frequently used processes.Manuals are available in DOCUMENTS section.

Furthermore Zepter Soft is continuously modified and improved. New solutions and upgrades are regularly implemented as a Releases about which you can read more on BLOG.
