According to the schedule at 31th March 2014 we deployed a few meaningful changes into production environment. Upgrade of Zepter Soft was implemented as a Release 4.16. and it comprise further adjustments and improvements.
As a part of Release 4.16 some new features have been added:
Contract freezing worksheet
Sales contract freezing worksheet has been implemented. The worksheet can be used for batch freezing of sales contracts.
Commission bases calculation report
A tool for data filling in price calculation report has been implemented. Report (in form of excel document) was introduced by Holding.
Moreover some functionalities have been modified:
Overdue periods of “Customer Sum. Open Positions”
Selection of overdue periods of “Customer Sum. Open Positions” report has been implemented.
Rep structure printout
Following modifications has been implemented in “Representative Structures” report:
- Previous month rank added
- Rank after revision added
- Reps who started work on reporting period or gained rank for a first time are marked by asterisk at name
- Minor layout improvments
Item Age Reports
“Item Age Composition – Qty.” and “Item Age Composition – Value” has been modified:
- Function of data export to Excel has been added
- Possiblility of entries allocation based on Document Date instead of Posting Date has been added
